Remedy Relaxation Updates

I’ve recently upgraded my booking system to improve scheduling and communication.

Important changes:

• All appointments now require a card on file to reserve 
• Cards are never charged at booking 
• Cards are only used in accordance with the cancellation policy when necessary 
• Online rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before appointments 
• All intake forms and consent waivers are now completed digitally and required at the time of booking.

This change helps reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which can be especially challenging for a small business. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
