Tactile ASMR Sessions

This style is especially supportive for those dealing with anxiety, overstimulation, or touch starvation, offering a nurturing alternative for individuals who may not be suited for traditional massage due to medical reasons.
Swedish Massage Therapy
Focusing on relaxing the muscles, easing tension, and improving circulation through long, flowing strokes, Swedish massage is ideal for clients experiencing physical stress, muscle tightness, or anyone simply looking to unwind and engage in essential self-care through traditional therapeutic massage.
Lymphatic Massage

If you enter from this direction, the 100 building will be straight ahead on the right. Turn right in front of the building, then turn left onto EAST Dr. (Alongside the train tracks). Look for the 135A banner and park there; this is the best door with the shortest walking distance to your relaxation therapy session. The indoor directions are below, where you can also find information about our ASMR and tactile ASMR sessions for a truly rejuvenating self-care experience.
If you enter from the back entrance, there are multiple open entrances, so you will need to make your way towards the left side of the Cumming Center complex. Building 100, known for its relaxation therapy offerings, will be the furthest building on your left and is located alongside the train tracks on EAST Dr. If you're looking for a unique experience, consider exploring tactile ASMR sessions within the building. Indoor directions are below.
Enter through the 135A door. The elevator will be on the right at the bottom of the ramp. Take it to the third floor. Once you exit the elevator, take a slight left and follow the hallway around toward the right. Remedy/333A, which offers relaxation therapy and tactile ASMR sessions, will be the 4th door on your left. If you prefer to take the stairs for a bit of selfcare, the directions are the same. The stairs are located next to the elevator, providing an alternative route to your massage appointment.
